Dan Rector is regarded by many as a leading authority of children's ministry. Dan has over 35 years of experience as Children’s Evangelist, Pastor and Educator. Professor Rector holds a master's degree in education from the University of St. Thomas and has taught at North Central University for more than 25 years as an adjunct and full-time faculty member. He remains very active as a children's evangelist, speaking all over the world.

Nancy Rector has assisted Dan in ministry throughout the years. Nancy enjoys doing art work, story telling and assists in other illustrative ministries. She started and directed a successful craft program when Dan served as a Children's Pastor. She also compiled many great craft ideas into 3 books called "Krafts for Kids" Volumes I, II, & III. She has taught numerous workshops around the country and enjoys sharing her ideas with others. Nancy has a degree in Psychology and has taken numerous classes in counseling.

Both Nancy and Dan are trained in pre-marital and marriage counseling and have taught marriage workshops and helped many couples throughout the years.
